Honey, Honey | OOTD

OMG, long time no see! It’s been almost half a year since I posted a blog post. I was just soooo busy, and did not have any inspiration. But now I am back!

Since it’s spring, we all can finally wear skirts and t-shirts again! I love that it’s getting warmer. Missed it so much!

So this fun Honey shirt, I found it on AliExpress. It was really cheap, and got delivered very quickly too! You can find it online here.

The leather jacket is from Primark. I love how it is very simple. And also, Primark is really inexpensive! I combined it with the outfit to make it a bit more casual.

My denim skirt is from Bershka. I wore it in a few other outfit posts, but it’s just my only and go to denim skirt. It fits with almost everything. And I just love denim skirts, they are so timeless.

At last, the white All Stars are from Converse. I’m wondering how long they will stay white haha. Oh and the sunnies are also from Primark, they are kind of a look a like from the Ray Bans (those are definitely on my wish list omg)

It is good to be back at blogging again. Hopefully I won’t be gone for another six months. I have to say, my interest changed a little. I am more into clothes, and less into makeup. So there will probably be more ootd’s on my blog instead of motd’s. But if I ever feel like experimenting with my makeup, it will be on the blog! Also, today I stared the curly girl methode. I want to write a special post about that, so I will be writing about that too!

Thank you very much for reading, have a lovely day!

Pantalon & Flared Sleeves | OOTD

20171028_150751.jpg20171028_150541.jpg20171028_150427.jpg20171028_150528.jpg

Okay how cute is that background! Loving all the pink and purple vibes.

This outfit looks quite fancy but is actually really comfortable. The black and white striped pants feel just like you’re wearing pyjama pants, but it looks like you put a lot of effort into your outfit. I purchased it at Pull&Bear, but Berschka also sells these kinds of pants.

The bordeaux coloured top with flared sleeves is from Primark. It also has a little turtleneck. This shirt is also really comfortable, and in my opinion does look really cute in combination with the pants. I tucked them all the way in my pants by the way.

The cut-out boots are from van Haren. Can be quite cold, but I wear a skin coloured panty most of the time when I wear these shoes.

And that’s the outfit! Quite fancy, but comfortable.

Have a nice day xxx

Jeans Jacket | Autumn OOTD

It’s been so long since I shared a post, omg. I’m really busy with college at the moment. Having exams in a week, and I found a place to live in Utrecht so I’m going to move too! So exciting!

A while ago I wandered around in Utrecht with my friends, where we made this pictures. I just love my denim jacket so much! Its really warm, and perfect for autumn. Bought it at Primark for only 30 euros, and wearing is almost everyday since!

Underneath I’m wearing a simple outfit. The high waisted jeans are from H&M and the grey sweater is also from Primark, and I tucked it in my jeans a bit.

To make the outfit extra autumny (that’s probably not a word), I chose to also wear this floppy head from Forever21.

For shoes I wore some cut-out boots from van Haren. They are very comfortable. Little trick, it can be quite cold and annoying to wear these with bare feet, and socks are visible, so skin colored thights are perfect to wear in these shoes!

Well, that’s it! A really simple outfit, but very comfortable and in my opinion perfect for autumn.

Thanks for visiting and have a lovely day xxx

Yellow | OOTD

20170919_17014420170919_17024520170919_17221520170919_17223620170919_17224020170919_17225120170919_172303

OMG first off: Yesterday was my one-year blogging anniversary. I totally forgot about it, to be honest, the year has gone by so fast. One year ago, I never expected my blog to be like this. I’m so thankful for all the people that follow me and read my blog, thank you so much!

About the outfit, well college has started, autumn is coming (my favorite season), and around this time I just love to wear comfy big soft sweaters. It’s also still that time of the year that by noon it is just way too warm for a sweater, but oh well at least it’s comfy. So when I saw this sweater at Bershka I just had to get it.  First I saw the pink one, and a friend of mine got the yellow one, and I loved the color so I decided to get both. For me the yellow also just screams autumn, I love it. And it is so big, soft and warm!

For the ultimate comfortable outfit, leggings are the best, but to make it a bit more like I’m not wearing my pj’s, I combined it with this black jeans with gaps at the knees from Primark. The black All Stars with studs are from Converse.  I really like the combination with high All Stars with pants though, need to wear that more often!

I’m really happy with my new sweater(s), they are perfect to wear to early lectures when you just want to lay in your bed, cause they are so comfy!

Thank you all for reading, and again for supporting me and my blog for one year now. I just still can’t believe, it doesn’t feel like a year! I guess time flies when you’re having fun blogging?

Denim skirt | OOTD

20170810_142221_00120170810_142224_00120170810_142230_00120170810_14513420170810_152617

It’s been so long since I posted something, I am so sorry. I was busy with working, didn’t really feel like blogging and I also was on vacation with my parents for two weeks. But now I’m back and I’ve finally found the time to blog.

I would like to show you one of my favourite outfits I’ve worn this vacation in the Czech Republic. This day we were visiting the capital Prague.

It was really warm that day, so I was really happy that I chose for my denim skirt. After my little trip to Budapest, I fell in love with my denim dress and decided I needed a skirt too. It’s so comfortable, and as I said in this post too, I never like to wear summer beach clothes in a city, I just don’t feel that’s right, even if it’s boiling hot. The beautiful denim skirt is from Bershka, and I believe it was around 20 euro, so that’s really affordable.

The cute pink top is from H&M, I bought it on sale though, so it was around 7 euro. It’s a bit cropped and fits perfectly with the skirt. I really like the top.

For shoes, I chose my silver Birkenstocks. I thought they went really well with the combination, and they are very comfortable. Sadly they were still quite new, so they gave me some blisters…

The small bag is from Primark, it is so perfect I bring it to almost every occasion where I need a small bag. It looks really small, but it fits a lot.

So that is the outfit. I am planning to write a little blog about my vacation in the Czech Republic, so stay tuned for that.

Have a nice day xxx

Denim Dress 2.0 | OOTD

20170611_155110.jpg

In my Budapest travel diary, you could already see a glimpse of my favorite outfit there. Seriously, I wore this denim dress almost every day.  It’s so comfortable and not too warm when you’re doing a city trip at a sunny destination. Personally, I never like to wear short, revealing, beachy clothes in a city, even though it’s quite hot. So for me, this outfit was perfect!

20170613_13305120170613_14395820170613_16170520170613_144002

The second day I was wearing this outfit I combined it with a black t-shirt. Same shirt, different color. I couldn’t choose, so I bought both. Purchased them at Primark a year ago or so, for under €10 for sure.

The denim dress is from H&M, I bought it on sale last winter for only €20. But denim dresses are everywhere again, I saw a few that look the same at H&M, Berschka, and even Primark!

My shoes are from Nike, the Nike Tanjun in gray. My beloved backpack is from Fjallraven Känken. I bought it in Vietnam, and it’s my favorite backpack. Oh and they match my Nikes. The cat eye sunglasses are also from H&M, again bought on sale, but this time last summer.

I posted an outfit with this denim dress before. You can check it out here. But as I wore it in London in January, while it was freezing cold, I thought it would be fun to share a summer edition of it! Honestly, I like the summer version a bit more 🙂

Thank you so much for visiting, have a nice day!

Summer Flowers | OOTD

20170516_20222420170516_20222920170516_20223720170516_202202

Summer is finally here! For me, that means, light colored jeans, happy colors and lots of flowers. When it’s warmer, of course also skirts without tights, jumpsuits and summer dresses, but as summer in the Netherlands is always a little bit weird is this already a summer outfit for me.

This outfit was for the evening, drinking some cocktails with my friend. That’s why I added a leather jacket to the outfit. The leather jacket is from Primark.

The flower off the shoulder top is from Stradivarius. I bought it last year in the sale. But the off shoulder top is a huge trend again this year so you can find them in most stores! Even though they can be quite annoying to wear (the strap going up bleh), I really love them! They show a little skin, what makes it sexier than a normal t-shirt, but it’s not too naked.

The jeans is a light washed high waisted jeans from Berschka. I mostly only wear high waisted jeans. I like the fit, and as this shirt is a little shorter it’s perfect!

My beige sneakers with a little glitter detail in the back are from Reebok. The color and shape make them quite decent and not as sporty. I like it. 🙂

Hope you liked it! Have a nice and lovely day xxx

Denim Overalls |OOTD

IMG_5675IMG_5687IMG_5683IMG_5684IMG_5679IMG_5693IMG_5698

It’s been such a long time since I posted an outfit! This won’t be the last one, I promise. There are a few more on its way! As you can see, after two months traveling and making basic touristic travel pictures, my outfit posing skills still didn’t improve. The last photo proves the model life is not for me. Oh well…

In the Berlin Shoplog post, I already showed these lovely denim overalls from Primark. Aah, I love it so much. It’s so comfortable and in my opinion, it looks really cute and casual. As I may have mentioned before, I love comfortable and casual clothes. And if it looks nice, well that’s a great advantage.

I combined the denim overalls with a simple pinkish shirt from Bershka. It’s a crop top and a little bit wider, but long enough to fit in the overalls.

For shoes I chose for some black boots with a little heel from Van Haren, to make it a bit more feminine as the pants are quite baggy. Sneakers are also great, to make it extra casual.

My jewelry is all silver toned. Let’s start with the ears. In my, for you guys, left ear I’m wearing an interesting earring from Brandy Melville and a bali hoop that I bought in Cambodia. In the other ear, I’m wearing a ring with a little pendant and the one I got when my ears were pierced.

The necklace is from Tiffany’s & Co. The ring on the left hand was a present that I got in Hanoi, Vietnam for my birthday. The one, on the other hand, is from Swarovski, a present from my grandma for my 18th birthday.

And that’s the outfit! As the weather is getting better, it’s perfect for a spring or a not so hot summer day.

I will try to start blogging more again. I know I haven’t been that active the last 3 months, mostly because I just didn’t have any time. I want to start writing about makeup again, as I missed it so much! Blogposts are on its way 🙂

Thank you so much for visiting! Have a lovely day.

we live by the sun | OOTD

20170517_12042420170517_12040520170517_12041120170517_120421

The sun is finally shining!! What means, sunglasses, sandals, and light colored jeans. I think this outfit is perfect for a warmer spring day. With a delicious bubble tea of course.

The t-shirt is one of my favorites. I bought it in Cambodia and the fabric feels so nice. I really love the print on the shirt, it says: We live by the sun, we feel by the moon. And as the sun is shining, it’s the perfect shirt.

My jeans are from Berschka.  I love the color, and of course that it is high waisted. High waisted jeans are my favorite.

For shoes, I’m wearing these gladiator-inspired sandals from Primark. I bought them a few year ago though, so I don’t think you can get them anymore.

I really love this look. It’s quite simple but I just wanted to share it with you!

Thank you for visiting and have a lovely and sunny day! xxxx

Unicorn makeup & outfit

At the moment we’re having carnaval here, a festivity where you dress up and party. I decided last minute that I would go, so I didn’t have the time to buy anything. Instead I created my own unicorn horn and outfit, and I would love to share it with you! 🙂

This was what I was wearing. I made the Unicorn horn from paper, just as the ears and placed this between a flower headband I had from Primark. For clothes I was wearing this silver glitter shirt from H&M and a pink skirt I found in my sisters closet. The poofy pink skirt was from carnaval a few years ago.

For makeup I also went a bit more festive (lots of highlighter )

FACE: L’Oréal True Match Foundation, Maybelline Fit Me concealer, Maybelline Matte Me powder, Makeup Revolution Contour Palette, I heart Makeup Unicorn Highlighter, Freedom Blush Palette

EYES: Catrice eyeshadow Base, Too Faced Chocolate Bon Bons Palette (pink color), eyeliner & mascara and glitters from the primark glitter palette

LIPS: NYX Liquid Suede in Amethyst

That’s it, I really loved it.

Thanks for visiting, have a nice day!
