Tiffany’s & Co, Primark and more | Berlin Shoplog

While in Berlin, I also did ‘some’ shopping besides sight seeing. Berlin has the Kaufhaus des Westens, the biggest warehouse of Europe. It’s comparable to the Harrods in London.  They also have a big Primark at the Alexanderplatz where we shopped. Let me show you what I bought!

TIFFANY’S & CO

Let’s start with my favorite purchase. I was thinking about it for a while, since I saw the necklaces in Harrods, to buy a ‘Please Return To Tiffany’s’ necklace. The big, and most populair one is cute, but I had the two small silver hearts on the eye. So when I saw there was a Tiffany’s & Co in the KaDeWe, I decided it was time to give myself a present. And I am really really happy with it. Been wearing it since I came back, and didn’t come of my neck since.

REEBOK

I also came to the conclusion that I actually didn’t really have any nice sneakers anymore. ( You can never have enough shoes right?). So when I saw these cute Reebok sneakers at the JD, I decided to buy them. They also had some discount, what is always nice. I love how the color is perfect for spring and summer, and ofcourse the glitter detail at the back of the shoe!

PINEAPPLE LIGHT AND UNICORN

When I saw this unicorn I couldn’t help it but buy it. My mom was so sweet to give the pineapple light as a present to me and my sister. It’s so cute. The pineapple even has changing lights!

EARRINGS

At Brandy Melville I found these adorable half earrings. The set of 3 pairs is from H&M. I love how it’s small and minimalist and perfect to combine for an earparty! (Still working on that though)

PRIMARK
I just never can resist the Primark. I always end up buying something there when I go inside. This time I was looking for a leather jacket and denim overall, just in general. By chance I found both at Primark. I also bought a cheesy touristic shirt (again) of Berlin.

That’s everything I shopped in Berlin! Quite a lot when you first decided not to buy anything oops.

Thank you for visiting and have a nice day!

WHAT I BOUGHT IN SE ASIA | Shoplog

Ofcourse I shopped some stuff while I was travelling through Asia. When I left I was like, no I don’t need anything, but eventually somewhere in the end of Vietnam and Cambodia it went wrong and I bought a few things. Well at least I didn’t have to carry it with me from the beginning.

In Thailand I actually only bought an elephant bracelet. It was super cute but sadly I lost the elephant… Oh and I bought this green tiger balm for mosquito bites at 7/11. It really works!

VIETNAM

The first thing I bought in Vietnam (Hanoi) was this ‘fake’ grey Fjallraven Kanken backpack because my own backpack broke down. While I was in Berlin I saw the original ones and I compared that one to mine, and seriously they are the same. Everything. The real one is 85 euro, while mine (real or fake) was only 6 or 8 euro.

wp-image-724969192jpg.jpg

In Hanoi I also bought this super cute Brandy Melville inspired jumpsuit. For Vietnam it was quite ‘expensive’. I believe around 12 euro. But I really love it and wore it a lot already while travelling.

In Sapa there were a lot of cute bracelets, I actually didn’t buy them but got them from Josie and Paulien as a present. And I bought some for my sister.

snapchat-31183478.jpg

I also bought a rose quarts necklace but I will show that in a Cambodia shoplog picture.

For the rest I only bought some souvenirs for my family as magnets, keychains, and a Vietnamese head.

CAMBODIA

Well in Cambodia I was a few times alone where I was like, I want to go shopping let’s go to a market.

The first thing I bought was this touristic Cambodia shirt with a colorfull elephant. Please ignore the touristic Angkor Wat outfit and blue lips from the Fanta in the picture. What I like about the shirt is that it’s 100 % cotton and has a wide fit. That makes it great for temple visits. You’re still dying from the warmth and sweating like crazy, but it would be worse with a thight stretch shirt. It’s comfortable. And it was only 3 dollars.

20170417_081846.jpg

At the same market in Phnom Penh I also bought two pairs of the comfy colorfull shorts. I couldn’t choose so I just bought both… Two pairs for 5 dollars. How ironic that this picture is taken at a market though. What do you mean addicted? (and addicted to Green Tea Matcha Iced Latte yes)

wp-image-2113176590jpg.jpg

Now the necklaces! So in Nha Trang in Vietnam I bought the rose quartz necklace at a night market, and in Phnom Penh in Cambodia I bought this buddistic tree necklace. They look really cute togehter. I quite went for the ultimate hippy backpacker look or something with all my colorfull clothes, sapa bracelets, cool necklaces and henna tattoo. I hope you can see them, because there is quite a lot going on in the selfies. I showered everyday with both necklaces, and only the rose quartz one became a little bit rusty. What also gave it quite a cool look actually.

A while ago I got my second earlobe pierced, right now I’m even thinking about getting a third one in one ear. So I was looking for some cute hoops to accompany my bali hoops in my first earlobe. Right now they have replaced them because my first ones became really black because all of the smog. Well, I found these really cute bigger bali hoops for only 5 dollars! With bargain ofcourse, they all start at like 15 dollar or something. At first I was really bad at it, but my bargain skills evolved.

IMG-20170413-WA0040

Okay now my favorite purchase of my whole trip. This amazing flowy hippie dress. I bought it specially for Angkor Wat because it was boiling hot and you have to cover your shoulders and knees. It was really nice for the temples and it really gave me this cool hippie feeling, and only 8 dollars. Sorry for the overload, but I just love the dress so much.

Because I loved my elephant tshirt so much I decided I wanted another one. They also sold these cute one with the text: ‘We live by the sun, we feel by the moon’ (or maybe the other way around). So I bought another one together with some shirts for my friends. I ended up buying five shirts or something, oops. Well atleast they are only 2 dollars per piece.

20170423_095549

The last thing I bought for myself in Cambodia was this cute daisy jumpsuit. I just had to get it because you know, I am Daisy… I got it for 5 dollars. And it’s adorable and comforable, I love it. Jumpsuits are the best thing ever.

In the end I still ended up with a way too heavy backpack full of clothes that I don’t really need… But I love everything that I bought and I’m really happy with everything!

Ofcourse I also bought some souvenirs for my family and friends as the tshirts, scarfs, magnets, keychains and a little statue of Angkor Wat for my room. I’m happy, my bank account is not so happy. Oh well…

Thank you so much for reading and visiting, hope you have a lovely day!

NYX Lingerie | Review

IMG_5082.JPG

A while ago, when I was in London I purchased some products from NYX. I already wrote a review about the brow pomade and liquid suede so now it’s time for the NYX Lingerie liquid lipstick! I had seen so much pictures already of all the beautiful colors, so I was glad that I could finally check them out myself.

IMG_5085.JPG

The applicator is different from the NYX Soft Matte Lip Cream lipsticks. This one is a bit longer and thinner, what makes it easier to apply the lipstick. The color stays for a long time on the lips, and it doesn’t feel drying at all!

img_5090

I went for the color Embellishment. It’s a greyish/purple color, very cool toned also. This one grabbed my attention immediately. I love how it is a nude color, as all the colors in the NYX Lingerie line, but it’s also very different from the others because of the purple in it.

Once again, NYX doens’t dissapoint me. I love their products and I’m looking forward trying out more beautiful lippies!

Have a lovely day! I’m having snow here in the Netherlands, it always comes so random and unexpected haha. My cute little bunny loves it though!
Lots of love xxx

New bag, earpiercing and more | SHOPLOG

20170208_130957

Hi guys!

Today I want to show you my february shoplog. I know february isn’t over yet, in fact it only just begon. However, I’m not planning on shopping anymore this month, only some things for my backpack trip (I mean, how am I supposed to go backpacking without a backpack). Some of the things I bought, are also a bit for my backpacking adventure 🙂

img_5026img_5029

THE BAG

Last Saturday I went to Utrecht for my assessment for optometrie, it went quit well. I had this trainticket what I could use all day long, so I decided to go to Amsterdam and The Hague afterwards. In all three cities I did some shopping, in Utrecht some cinnabons, in the Hague some delicious Chinese food (yes I travelled all the way there for some Chinatown food…) and in Amsterdam I actually went to visit the NYX store and Forever21. Didn’t buy anything at both stores. On my way back to the station I came past the new huge Primark, so I decided to take a look. For a while I was searching for a affordable, small, flat bag. And there it was, just hanging in the Primark for only €7! The fit is great, perfect for my phone, a lipstick, money and even an ereader or book fits in.

EREADER + CASE

The next thing in my shoplog is my ereader. Now I don’t have to buy books anymore on vacation because I ran out of books haha. I purchased it in January though, but only bought the case last weekend. I went for this beautiful rosegold case. Same as my phone, I just love pinkish colors.

IMG_5036.JPG

THE AMSTERDAM TSHIRT

Saw this one hanging too in the Primark in Amsterdam. The tourist me couldn’t resist it, and it was only €3.

IMG_5034.JPG

THE PASSPORT COVER AND NOTEBOOKS

On Sunday I did an order at the webshop of HEMA (a dutch store). I ordered a passport cover and some notebooks, already for my trip. At least now my passport can’t damage (hopefully), and it looks cute!

I also purchased this cute duvet cover from HEMA, it’s grey with little white hearts all over it. It’s adorable!

IMG_5000 (2).JPG

THE EARPIERCING

Finally I had the balls to get a second earlobe earring! For a while now I was in doubt if I should do it or not. I was mostly scared that I wouldn’t like how it looks. I decided I just had to do it, and if I didn’t like it I could always take it out. And I’m so happy I did it! I really like how it looks.

Shooting the earring (I know getting it pierced is better, but shooting is faster and less painfull they say) however wasn’t that great. I don’t get how people say it doesn’t hurt, because you surely feel something pinching in your ear, and that’s really not something I would like to experience everyday. And I’m not even talking about the hurting afterwards. That was the worse.  But, I survived the ‘pain’ and I’m really happy with the result!

That’s it, thanks for visiting! Have a lovely day 🙂

MOTD: Purple purple purple | NYX Liquid Suede

IMG_4944head.jpg

Normally I don’t wear bright colored lipcolors, I always go for the more safe colors like dark red or nude. Lipcolors that tend to purple or have something purple in it, are also colors that I love. So when I was in the NYX in London and saw this bright purple lipstick I just knew I had to have it. This is the NYX Liquid Suede in Amethyst

IMG_4947.JPG

This is what the color looks like. It’s a very bright blue/purple color and cool toned. I never wear something like this, this is my first bright ‘different’ lipcolor in my collection. I’m surely not going to wear this on a everyday basis, but this color would be amazing for a festival or something. Or maybe summer, or just when I want to be different and want to step out of my comfort zone.

img_4937img_4939

Here I am wearing the color. My mom doesn’t like it haha, it makes me look pale she says, what is true. But I really like the color, it’s so different. I love it.

I chose for this cool toned, icy silver eye look. The lipstick is so cool toned, that I thought a cool toned eyeshadow looks would look the best with it. But that’s my personal opinion and taste. Also I love how purple and silver look together, I think they look so beautiful together. I even chose a silver highlighter.

FACE: Catrice Even Skin Tone Beautifying Foundation, Catrice Liquid Camouflage High Coverage Concealer, Maybelline Matte Maker Mattifying Powder, Makeup Revolution Ultra Contour Palette (Contour + Silver Highlight), Essence Silky Touch blush in 20 Babydoll

EYEBROWS: NYX Tame and Frame Brow Pomade in Espresso, Catrice eyebrow gel

IMG_4923 (2).JPG

EYES: My plan was to create a cut crease, but again it went wrong.

+ NYC High Defenition Liquid Eyeliner and NYC Big Bold Mascara

I hope you liked it! This is really out of my comfort zone, as I barely wear makeup on a daily base, and when I do, the most crazy I go with makeup is a attempt of smokey eyes and darker lips. However, I’m really loving it so far, so maybe I will create more ‘out of my comfort zone’ looks. 🙂

Thank you so much for reading and visiting. Have a lovely day!

LUSH Sugar Plum Fairy Lipscrub | Review

IMG_4661.JPG

When I was in Maastricht, I bought this lipscrub by LUSH. I’ve really wanted a lipscrub for so long, but I never bought it because it is kinda expenive. But it was sale and all the Christmas products were for 50% off, so I got this Christmas lipscrub.

img_4662img_4663

The product is blue/purple and smells really sweet. The Lush sweet, like when you get in the store, that smell. It is not really possible to describe, but if you know the Lush smell, you probably understand it.

The packaging promises to give me magical soft lips. It is mostly made out of sugar and jojoba oil, all natural.

AirBrush_20170106144102.jpg

This is what the scrub looks like on the lips. Sugary and a bit blue. It tastes good too.

My lips didn’t really look any different, they felt softer but that was it. I like the product, it looks cute, it smells good and it’s fun. But honestly, I wouldn’t pay the full price (10 euro) for it. This is something I can make myself with honey/oil and sugar. Don’t get me wrong, I really love Lush, but I’m happy I bought it in the sale and I feel that this products is a bit overpriced.

Have a lovely day!

I HEART Makeup Highlighters & Blush

20161213_153550

Recently I’ve purchased these I HEART Makeup products. They look so cute! I just couldn’t resist them. I have the Blushing Hearts in Candy Queen Hearts, Goddes of Love highlighter and the Unicorn Heart highlighter. They are all around €6 euro. For the dutchies: I bought them at Kruidvat, but Boozyshop sells them as well.

Unicorn Heart

20161213_153952

This is my favorite one. Just look at it! It’s so pretty and it’s a rainbow! I love it! (maybe I am a bit overly excited oops)

IMG_4495.JPG

Here are the swatches of all the seperate colors. As you can see they really have color and they are very shimmery.

IMG_4496.JPG

This is the ‘rainbow’. Did not really work out as I wanted, it’s mostly blue. When you swipe through all the colors together you get also a glowy blue highligther.

IMG_4502.JPG

The rainbow effect is a little bit showable, but it’s mostly a very bright glow. I like it, but more for fun. It’s fun to play with it but not very wearable for everyday. But I still love it!

Goddes of Love

20161213_153836

The other highlighter! This one is more wearable and also more natural. It gives a natural glow, I really like that.

IMG_4492.JPG

It’s a cool toned glowy color. In the packaging it looks a warm toned color but on the skin it is cool toned, interesting. It contains glitters but not as much, this makes it a subtile highlighter.

highlighterpicca2

It gives a beautiful but subtile glow, not too much, but surely enough. I love it, especially for a natural everyday look.

Blushing Hearts Candy Queen of Hearts

20161213_153625

The blush contains three colors, that you can wear seperate or together as one color. It’s a cool toned pink blush with also a lot of shimmer.

IMG_4489.JPG

The colors don’t really show with the swatches. But they glow a lot.

IMG_4500.JPG

On my face, it is a pigmentend pink glowy color, wow! I combined it with the Goddes of Love highlighter, they look great together. This is the third time I say it but: I love it!

Well, I think it’s clear that I’m really happy with my new products. The pigmentation is good, the price is great and one blush or highlighter contains a lot of product. Now I understand why they are totally hyped here in the Netherlands, they look cute and you get something good for a nice price. I’m a fan too!

Thanks for visiting, have a nice day!

Phone Cases | Shoplog

dssdd.jpg

A few days ago I finally received my phone cases. I’ve ordered them at Miniinthebox, this site is comparable to ebay. The phone cases are very cheap there, the only disadvantage is that you have to wait so long until you get them. I had to wait one month 😦 But at least they are pretty 🙂

I ordered 3 different cases, one glittery, one with Chanel products and one that was an all round case (transparant case for the front and the back)

IMG_4435.JPG

This is definitely my favorite one! I love the glitters and I love how the silver looks very good on my rosegold phone. You can order it here.

IMG_4438.JPGThis one is also so cute! I like how the Chanel products fit also very good with the rosegold. You can order it here.

img_4439img_4440img_4441

Last one. This is the case that protects the front and the back. You can not really see it on the photos, but on the front and back there is a silicone case. The idea is great, everything is protected. The only thing is that my screen doesn’t react very good anymore. Maybe it is because I already have a screenprotecter on my screen. Unfortunate because I really liked the idea. You can order it here.

I hope you liked it (I’m really happy with them and wanted to show them haha). Thanks for reading, have a lovely day!

Primark & Some Makeup | Shoplog

20161012_161435

A few days ago I went shopping with my friend. Actually I was looking for some higher boots and a winterjacket, but of course I could not find what I wanted and ended up in the Primark. So I bought some stuff that was not really necessary (but also it is so yeah).

20161012_161450.jpg

Let’s start with what I bought at Primark. First I saw this big glitter eye cream palette and you never know when you need some glitters right? The makeup brush cleaner also came handy because I always struggle with cleaning my brushes. And the big fluff keychain ball was something I really needed because I always lose my keys. This thing is so big it’s impossible to not find it in my bag.

20161012_161529

Here is a close up of the glitter palette. I’ve tried some of the colors on my fingers, and in the container it feels really creamy and then on the finger it becomes chunky. It is not amazing quality (there sticks more to your finger than to your eye or arm when you try to wipe it there), but it is not that I expected that to be honest.

20161012_161631

I also purchased a new fake beautyblender at a random store, a new eyebrow pencil form KIKO an a liquid highlighter from Makeup Acadamy. The eyebrow pencil from KIKO really looks like the Anastasia one by the way! I really like it!

That was everything I bought that shopping day (and a black longsleeve shirt that I’ve forgot to photograph). Oh and I’ve found long black boots some days later!

Thank you so much for reading!
